How we handle payments
How is payment made between Shopify and T-Pop?
When a customer places an order on your e-commerce site, you receive your payment in the traditional way (via Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay ...): payment is done directly from your customer to you. By using our print on demand application, when your order is put into production, the price defined for the sold product is automatically billed and debited on the credit card entered in the customer panel of the T-POP app. Everything happens automatically, to make your job as easy as possible. How do we handle VAT?
That's pretty simple: If you're located in an non-european country, you'll be billed excluding VAT. If your company is within Europe (excluding France) and you have an intra-community number, you'll be billed excluding VAT. If you are located in Europe, but you don't have intra-community number, you'll be billed with 20% VAT. If you're located in France, il all the cases, you'll be billed with 20% VAT.
