To make the service as smooth and pleasant as possible for everyone, it is important to connect to the T-Pop app every day and check the status of your orders.
We have provided you, on the app dashboard with a nice system of colored lights to monitor the progress of these in real time.
1. Check that your order has been received correctly in our app
Check that Shopify orders are present in the T-Pop app: if there is any communication problem between Shopify and us or if you have duplicated or modified a product for example, the order may be incomplete.
2. Monitoring of blocked orders
Check that none of your orders are blocked: if there is a default in payment, the orders are blocked. You must then take the necessary steps with your bank or change the payment method and resubmit the production request.

It is useless to ask to place orders again in production if the problem is not solved on your side.
3. Check if the orders matches
Check that the T-Pop orders match your Shopify order: if there is any communication problem between Shopify and us or if you have duplicated or modified a product for example, the order may be incomplete (it seems like I'm repeating myself).
