If your order has been stuck waiting for more than 2 days, we advise you to contact us.  

This may be due to a few reasons, it is often for payment trouble : if your payment has failed, yourorders will be suspended and put on hold.


If your order is pending for a financial reason, when you have made the necessary with your bank you must absolutely contact us (by the chat) so that we can re-submit your payment and unlock your order.

Remember to check your banking information in your customer area.
