Place a manual order? Why?
Mainly for 2 reasons:

The first one is to be able to order yourself a product, a sample
The second is to re-place an order for one of your customers: for a size problem for instance, you can re-order the article directly.

STEP 1

On your Shopify dashboard, click on "Orders" and then on the right "Create an order"



STEP 2

Click in the "Search for products" field and look for the product created via the T-Pop app you want to order.
Check the box of the exact model then click on "Add to order"

In case you didn't noticed, this step is important.**

You must now indicate your delivery address by clicking on "search customers."


WARNING if you do not provide an address, you will be billed for the highest shipping charge defined for this product.

Fill in all the necessary fields and click on the submit button.



STEP 4

You must now set a 100% discount on this product, so you do not have to pay yourself for the purchase of it.
By setting a 100% discount on the product, you will only be charged for the amount defined in the app


STEP 5

Now, click on "Mark as paid", then "Create order".




That's it.

We will automatically receive your order, exactly as if a customer ordered from your shop
