When is a product subject to replacement?

If your customer has received an incorrect or defective product, we will send your customer a new product free of charge.

You will need to provide us with the following information in order for us to review your request:

  • Order reference + customer name
  • Name of the product concerned
  • Product photos 

A problem of quality can be invoked in these cases:

  • Product shipped in the wrong size, color or type of product
  • Incorrect positioning of the design (e.g. wrong side) 
  • Print quality problem not related to design quality

The following are not considered quality problems:

  • The customer has changed his mind
  • The customer does not like the size, colour or cut of the product.
  • Shorter/longer garments than in the sizing table, if they correspond to the set tolerance (+/- 2.5 centimetres)
  • Poor quality printing due to poor visual quality
