How does T-Pop manage VAT?

That's pretty simple:

  •     If you're located in an non-european country, you'll be billed excluding VAT.
  •    If your company is within EU (excluding France) and you have an intra-community number, you'll be billed excluding VAT.
  •      If you are located in EU, but you don't have intra-community number, you'll be billed with 20% VAT.
  •      If you're located in France, in all the cases, you'll be billed with 20% VAT.

To resume, it’s possible to get a VAT Exemption as long as you have a registered business in the EU and a valid VAT number or if you company is outside the EU.

Inside T-Pop app choose "account details", you'll be able to enter your intra-community VAT number at the bottom of the screen.  
Your number will be then checked in the Europe VAT numbers. If the number is validated, your orders will be billed exc.VAT.
