What happens when a customer places an order?

When a customer places an order for a product on your e-commerce site, you are paid as usual by your payment gateway and we automatically receive all the details about the order. 

As soon as the order is put in production, we charge you accordingly to the wholesale price + shipping your products are  printed.
We then carefully package the order and ship it on your behalf to the end customer, then inform them, again on your behalf, of the shipment.
We then mark the order as shipped, the status of the order in your T-Pop dashboard will change automatically and the order will be automatically fulfilled in your e-commerce dashboard.
So, after an order is placed, you don't have anything to do: we will automatically process and mark your orders as fulfilled.
