Why doesn't my order appear in T-Pop?

There are several reasons why your order does not appear in the order list.    

If the order does not appear, it is because we have not received it...  
This happens when :  
  • You have duplicated a product. A duplicated product is not considered as a valid T-Pop product, even if it is a duplication of a product created by the application.
  • You have changed SKU or product type: without this information, we will not be able to receive your order.
 In those cases, you will have to place a manual order using the manual ordering process.
